As we learn how to buy a home together, I cannot strongly emphasize enough the importance of starting off the mortgage process correctly. Given how important the numbers are both to your bottomline and your competitiveness in the market when buying a home, you want to be able to get your pre-approval quickly and be able to reach your lender with any questions or concerns.
